Great place to live!! Jay was always so helpful and nice, and got back to you with any questions/concerns efficiently. I lived here during my gap year before graduate school and I loved it. Very clean, apartment was spotless when I moved in. Rent was affordable and I felt safe having the cameras and having to swipe in the building at night. I was going to transfer schools and at the last minute decided not to I called the office and they had an apartment ready for me in 3 days! Living here has been the best decision I have made since coming to clarion. It’s clean, the building is secure and has surveillance, and every staff is so kind. I have lived here for 3 months now, and it's great! I have in building access to a good gym which is free to use. As well as washers and dryers, which new ones were installed last week. There is also a good amount of parking spots to choose from. I'm virtually minutes away from most fast food, grocery, and shopping stores. This is my 3rd year here. Jay is a great guy to deal with. Maintenance is always a text away and can resolve most issues, same day. Housekeeping is always accommodating if ya need to borrow a shampooer or vacuum. Highly recommended!
